Scottsdale Girls Weekend at The Scott Resort & Spa

A few weeks ago we headed to Scottsdale for a girls/sisters weekend! It was a perfect place to go for a girls trip. First, the flight from Denver was super quick & easy, second the weather was so nice (much warmer than Colorado) and the city is super convenient with a ton of beautiful hotels & delicious restaurants. After talking to friends aka our friend Des (if you don’t follow her blog you should, click here) & doing some research on hotels, we decided to stay at The Scott Resort & Spa! We were so thrilled with our decision, the hotel is so so cute y’all. And when I say cute I mean every single detail is just so on point. We also tend to like boutique hotels more than huge resorts, and The Scott fell right into that for us. It was quaint & perfect. And bonus the food & drinks were so so GOOD!! Also, they provide a driver to take you anywhere within 3 miles of the resort, which was very convenient since we mostly ate & shopped in Old Town Scottsdale so we didn’t have to worry about transportation! Take a look a the pics below and hopefully you can get an idea of how chic this hotel is, I really want to steal some of their style design for my own house.

Another hotel we visited for the spa was The Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Motelucia, gorgeous hotel & amazing spa. It is also right next to Camel back mountain so the view is beautiful and the hotel itself has a very European vibe, I felt like I had been transported to Spain :)!

For eating, we had heard endless good things about Olive & Ivy and The Misson so that is where we went for dinner, both were really delicious! Even if you don’t stay at the Scott, we highly recommend visiting for brunch, everything on the menu is delish….but make sure to start with the fruit and grain bowl, so yum! Old Town is worth a visit for some shopping as well and maybe a coffee from Cartel or Berdena’s and there are a ton of other restaurant options… like ChopShop, which is perfect for a juice/smoothie or healthy on the go spot and the Fashion Square mall is close by too (we skipped it this trip because we just wanted to be outside as much as possible) but have heard it is a really fabulous mall.

There were a lot of other things we wanted to try/do but we decided relaxing by the pool was what we wanted most this trip, which the Scott was perfect for! One restaurant that looked super cute and we will for sure get to next time is Diego Pops (tacos) and we will be visiting In & Out on the next visit. Katelyn is still livid we didn’t make it there haha! Oh and we would have loved to hike Camel Back mountain but at this point I haven’t waddled more than a few blocks so the hike will have to be curbed for the next time as well. Hopefully we will be back again soon because even thou leaving our littles is so hard, it was so nice to have a relaxing girls weekends with no schedules & all we had to worry about was our next meal 🙂

We also included some outfit pics and all the outfit details are listed below each picture 🙂
